Every eclectic element and finish in this restaurant bar and grill refers to the contemporaneous art scene at the time of the construction of the original Dublin South City Markets [Iveagh Trust] building, that is, 1890’s to 1910’s. All of the fittings and finishes were fabricated specially for the project and refer to, among others, Theo van Doesburg’s Café de l’Aubette, the paintings of Gustav Klimt and Vienna Secession graphics.
